The same face in every shot

cnemai keeps characters, places and props consistent across a whole film with locked cast sheets that ride on every take. No re-prompting the face.

The usual fix for drifting faces is longer prompts. cnemai fixes it with a sheet: one per character, place and prop. Pick the hero version once, and every take in the film draws from it.

01 · Sheet

One sheet per character

A cast sheet holds close, front and back views. Earlier versions stay listed beside it, and the sheet is marked when it's in production.

02 · Lock

It rides on every take

When you ask for a take, the sheets for everyone and everything in the shot go with it as references. You describe the action, not the face.

03 · Carry

From one shot into the next

The last frame of one shot can open the next. Face Masks Off held one cast across 102 cuts.

Questions

How does it keep a character the same?

Each character has a cast sheet. You pick its hero version, and every take on every shot draws from that sheet as a reference, so you never describe the face again.

Does it work for places and props too?

Yes. Locations, wardrobe and props get their own sheets, used the same way.

Can I bring my own reference picture?

Yes. Drop a picture on a sheet, or push one from ChatGPT, and the sheet rebuilds around that face.

What about continuity between shots?

The last frame of one shot can open the next, so a move or a pour carries across the cut.
