Terms of Service

Who we are

Tiny Cinema is a hosted AI film studio. It runs at tiny.cnemai.com, and this site is cnemai.com. Tiny Cinema is operated by [Company legal name], [Registered address]. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means the person using the service.

Who can use Tiny Cinema

You must be 18 or older. If you use Tiny Cinema for a business, you confirm you can bind that business to these terms.

Accounts and studios

You sign in with Google or with a link we email to you. Keep access to that Google account or inbox safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Your work lives in a studio. A studio is a private workspace with members. The studio owner decides who is a member and what each member can do. A film's people are the studio's members: there are no outside guests or per-film invites. No studio is public, and there are no public share links. Every read needs membership.

You can connect Claude or ChatGPT to your studio through our connector. You choose the access you grant (read, edit, billing:read), and you can remove it.

The service and its plans

Tiny Cinema reads your song (sections, bars, and lyrics on their times), lays out a shot list, makes stills and video clips with third-party AI models, and cuts them on a timeline with versions and a review round. A Copilot chat agent works inside the app.

Payment, renewal and cancelling

Billing is not switched on yet. When it opens, payments will run on Stripe. We never see your full card number.

Refunds are covered on our Refunds page.

Your content

Your content is what you bring (songs, scripts, prompts, reference images, footage) and what you make in Tiny Cinema. You keep your rights in it. We claim no ownership in your uploads or your renders.

You give us permission to store, copy, process and send your content to the model providers you use, only as needed to run the service for you. This permission ends when your content is deleted, except for copies we must keep by law.

We do not train our own models on your content, and we do not sell it.

AI output

Tiny Cinema makes images, video, voices and sound with third-party AI models, such as MiniMax H3, Google Gemini and Nano Banana, OpenAI GPT Image, ElevenLabs and Anthropic Claude. The full list for your studio is under Studio settings → Providers. Some models are offered for experimentation; the model card says when a model's licence does not cover commercial delivery.

You keep the rights to what you bring. As between you and us, you also hold whatever rights exist in the renders you make. Each render is also subject to the licence of the model that produced it, which we pass through unchanged.

Renders are machine-generated. We do not promise they are unique, accurate, free of resemblance to real people, places or works, or protectable by copyright. Any copyright in your film may rest in your own selection and editing.

You are responsible for holding the rights to everything you upload, for not depicting real people or their voices without consent, and for labelling AI content where a law or a platform requires it. We are adding a machine-readable mark to exports that says the work was made with AI.

Acceptable use

You must follow our AI & content policy. It explains what you may and may not make, the consent rule for real people, and your labelling duties. You may not attack, overload or try to get around the security of the service, including through prompt injection.

Third-party models

Renders and Copilot replies come from outside providers. Their terms and output licences apply to what they produce, and pass through to you. We do not control their models, and they may change or withdraw them.

Availability

Renders wait in a queue, and some can take a while. Providers sometimes have outages, and a model may be unavailable for a time. We offer no service level agreement for the hosted service. We work to keep it running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted.

Archiving and closing your account

We do not hard-delete your work. When you "delete" something in a studio, it is archived and can be brought back.

If you close your account, export what you want to keep first. Then ask us, and we will delete your data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Disclaimers

We warrant only that our own software works substantially as described. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without other warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of AI output.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against us because of what you uploaded or pinned (a song, footage, a photo, a voice, a likeness), or because you broke these terms or the content policy, you will cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim.

Termination

You can stop using Tiny Cinema at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the content policy, or where the law requires it. Where we can, we tell you why and give you a chance to export your work.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you keep using Tiny Cinema after that, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing law]. Disputes go to the courts of [Venue], unless the law where you live gives you a right to use your local courts.
